Melt Festival settles in the giant industrial scene and machinery of the old mine by the Ferropolis peninsula, surrounded by Lake Gremmin in Gräfenhainichen, Germany. Tuned beyond genres like Electro, Indie, Pop and a slight touch of Subculture and Mainstream. The 3-day festival attracts the crowd through the exciting audiovisual experience to many different stages and for the electronic lovers a rave at the beach will for sure bring you dancing all night long. Melt is very environmentally conscious by offering regional, eco-friendly and veggie dishes. This years edition takes place July 14 until July 16, 2017.

Melt Festival takes place in Gräfenhainichen, Germany. Due to a moderate maritime and continental climate summers in Gräfenhainichen can be pleasantly warm with an average maximum temperature of 22-25 degrees . The festival venue is located 1 hour away from Leipzig and about 1 hour 40 from Berlin. Gremminer See, a lake nearby from a former coalmine on the shore of the Ferropolis (“Iron Town”) and a museum remembering of the industrial culture.
