EXIT 2023: conquer the night in a historic fortress
EXIT Festival; the festival that will always go on, so also in 2023. Every year more than a hundred thousand revelers travel to the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia, to get lost in music, history and the Serbian nights.
EXIT 2023 is partying like you are probably not used to; you peak from late at night until after sunrise. The big advantage of this: almost all shows take place in the dark, which literally lights up the fortress and turns it into a true spectacle. And this spectacle comes from great artists as well. In previous years, acts such as The Cure, The Killers, The Prodigy, Underworld, Faithless, Kraftwerk and Guns ‘n Roses played at the unique location. Another nice side effect: because the festival takes place at night, you can take a dip in the Danube during the day or explore the beautiful city of Novi Sad.
EXIT Festival is also a five-day (musical) voyage of discovery. You will find stages between canals and hidden tunnels. We’re not talking about one or two stages, but forty! At EXIT Festival 2023 you will encounter every genre imaginable; from metal to latin and pop to techno. And the very best news: the festival is a lot cheaper than we are used to in Western Europe. You don’t even have to struggle to find a meal for five euros.
