At UNTOLD 2022, a minimum age of 18 applies. Are you younger? Then you need a ‘parental agreement’ signed by your parents/guardians. With this they give permission and they take responsibility for you during the festival. This form can be downloaded from the website under the heading ‘Info’.

At the entrance of the festival site, the e-ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. The wristband is your ticket to the festival. This will be checked on arrival and on site. Make sure you always wear this wristband during the festival.

The tickets indicate who bought the festival ticket, not who the ticket is intended for. Tickets are only linked to a person as soon as they are shown in combination with an ID at the entrance of the festival and are exchanged for a wristband.

Lost your tickets? Send an email with the email address you used to order to customerservice@paylogic.com. Also state the order number and add a proof of payment. Paylogic can look up the order and resend the ticket(s) (and possibly block the old ones).

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or take back tickets. It is possible to resell the tickets. It is recommended to do this via Ticketswap.

In collaboration with Interrail, Festival Travel offers tickets that allow you to travel throughout Europe. What you need to know?

The fastest way to travel to the festival is by plane. Festival Travel offers free flight quotes on request. During the ordering process, choose from which airport you want to depart. After the application you will receive a proposal with the available flights as soon as possible.

Festivals are ideal to visit during a European road trip! Decide for yourself how much space you have, where you stop and how far you go. Abroad it is important that you think about a number of things; The rules are not everywhere like where you live.

In Romania payment is made with the Romanian Leu. The general exchange rate is 4.5129 RON / 1 EUR.

In Romania it is 1 hour later than in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy and 2 hours later than in Great-Britain.

An identity card is sufficient to travel to Romania.

It depends on where you’re from. Romania has the same sockets as in the Netherlands, Germany and France for instance.

Not everywhere in Romania, so we recommend only drinking bottled water just to be safe.
