The festival buses depart from various cities in the Netherlands and Belgium. The address per departure location can be found below. The departure and arrival places are automatically the same.

Groups
For groups of 25 people or more, it is possible to choose your own departure place. After consultation we will try to fulfill this request. Please send us an e-mail for this.
Luggage
Per person you may bring luggage:
- 1 x carry on luggage
- 1 x weekend bag or suitcase (maximum size: 55 x 40 x 25 cm)
- 1 x tent (for 1 person)
The luggage compartment of the bus is limited. If you bring more luggage than allowed, this luggage cannot be taken with you.
One way trip
It is possible to book a single ticket.
Departure times
At least one week before departure you will receive an email with Maximal Trips information about travel times and departure location.
You must be present at least half an hour before departure, after which you must show the bus driver the ticket for the bus trip. If you are not present half an hour before departure, the seat on the bus can not be guaranteed. If due to circumstances you will arrive late at the place of departure, you must contact Maximal Trips as soon as possible so that they can inform the bus company of the delay. However, Maximal Trips cannot guarantee that the seat on the bus is still available.
The festival buses run according to schedule as much as possible. In the unlikely events of delays, neither Maximal Trips nor the bus company engaged by us is responsible for any resulting damage.
Breaks, food and drinks
Regular stops are made at roadside restaurants. Eating and drinking en route is at your own expense. Between 24:00 and 06:00 there will only be stops for the driver change.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the bus. Smoking is only allowed outside the bus during the stops.
Changes
Changes in passenger name (s) and / or changes in departure or arrival places only on request. This should be arranged with Maximal Trips. If the change implies a (partial) cancellation, Maximal Trips cancellation conditions apply.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the bus.
